Chef Manager - Bishops Stortford

Job Description

Talkington Bates are a Bespoke Contract Caterer who believe in providing a quality catering service.

We currently require an enthusiastic Chef Manager who is looking to develop, for a small staff restaurant near Bishops Stortford; providing a breakfast, sandwiches and lunch service.

Hours of Work: 37.5 paid hours, Monday to Friday

Salary: £30,000 per annum

Benefits: 25 days holiday + bank holidays (which includes the site's 2 week shutdown), work place pension, uniform provided & employee benefits package.

You must have good culinary skills, be able to work on your own, show initiative, good time management, have basic computer skills and provide professional, friendly customer service. You will have responsibility for the entire catering operation.

Qualifications

City and Guilds 706/1 and 2

Food Hygiene Level 3

Health and Safety Level 3

HACCP level 3
