We recognise that the essence of our success is our people and We have a vacancy for an experienced and enthusiastic Chef Manager with a passion for fabulous food and service at a niche site based in Dartford.

Applicants should possess and be able to demonstrate the following attributes and have previous experience in a similar role:

Excellent food knowledge and a passion for delivering great service
Produce food in line with the site budget
Create menus and food that will wow our customers
Work well under pressure with a calm, mature and professional approach
Be innovative and creative with a desire to succeed
Be IT literate with financial acumen and effective food cost control
Be an effective team leader
Possess an organised and structured approach to all aspects of if the business.
Have previous experience within a similar environment
Ideally experience within the Contract Catering sector

Hours of work: 40 hours Monday to Friday 8am-4pm

Location: Dartford

Salary: £30,000 per annum DOE
