Relief Chef Manager - Uxbridge

Talkington Bates are award-winning bespoke contract caterers who believe in providing a quality, personal catering service. We have a vacancy for an experienced and enthusiastic Chef Manager with a passion for fabulous food and service for the Uxbridge area. This is initially a 6 month fixed term contract but may lead to a permanent role.

Hours of work: 40 hours Monday to Friday

Location: Uxbridge area

Salary: £40,000 per annum DOE

Benefits: 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, workplace pension, uniform & employee benefits package and onsite parking

Applicants should possess and be able to demonstrate the following attributes and have previous experience in a similar role: -

· Excellent food knowledge and a passion for delivering great service

· Produce food in line with the site budget

· Create menus and food that will wow our customers

· Work well under pressure with a calm, mature and professional approach

· Be innovative and creative with a desire to succeed

· Be IT literate with financial acumen and effective food cost control

· Be an effective team leader

· Possess an organised and structured approach to all aspects of if the business.

· Have previous experience within a similar environment

· Ideally experience within the Contract Catering sector
