Talkington Bates - Independent Contract Caterers

Talkington Bates are a bespoke contract caterer who are currently recruiting for an experienced Barista to join the team at our clients in Basildon, Essex.

With great customer service and front of house skills, you will be working in one of our new contracts. You will be attentive to customers’ requirements and communicate well with your manager and team. Being highly organised and having a positive outlook, you enjoy giving seamless service, with high standards of hygiene, compliance, food safety. We provide training and support for you to thrive. The ideal applicant is passionate about providing first class service to our guests which comes as second nature.

As well as having excellent presentation and communication skills, you will be able to demonstrate a real passion for food and service and possess bags of enthusiasm.

You will:

Be a team player with a desire to succeed
Have a high-level of work cleanliness
Be a proven and hands-on Barista
Work well under pressure with a calm, mature and professional approach
Be IT literate with basic tasks such as signage and labelling
Possess an organised and structure approach to all aspects of the business

Hours of work: Monday - Friday 7am - 11.30am (22.5 per week)

Location: Basildon, Essex, SW143WF

Salary: £10.50 per hour

Experience: Chef: 1 year (Preferred) and Catering: 1 year (Preferred)
