Regional Support/Mobilisation Chef Manager
We have a unique and exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Support/ Mobilisation Chef Manager, to join an outstanding food-based contract caterer that is growing all the time. Salary: £40,000 + company benefits, business mileage, laundry allowance & training programme

Location: Herts, Essex, Cambs.

The ideal candidate for this role will be passionate, dedicated, has prior experience at this level and be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

Be a proven, effective team leader who can collaborate with multiple teams

Ability to create and prepare new recipes and dishes which are ahead of current trends within the industry

Work well under pressure with a calm, mature and professional approach

Be innovative and creative with a desire to succeed

Ensure health and safety regulations are rigorously observed

Oversee and train your team to produce consistent high-quality food

Maintain correct stock levels and build relationships with our suppliers

Manage on site administration, cash control and banking

Be I.T. literate with financial acumen and effective food cost control

Must have own transport and competent driving in and around London

Good standard of English Language skills; written & spoken
