Compliment Someone
Acts of kindness release dopamine and foster social connection, making both you and the other person feel more valued and uplifted.
Start your day with 5 minutes of silent reflection or breathwork.
Grounding yourself calms the nervous system, enhances emotional regulation, and sets the tone for a more intentional day.
Help someone without expecting anything in return.
Altruistic acts activate the brain’s reward centers and promote a sense of purpose and belonging.
Learn and use someone’s name today.
Using someone’s name is a powerful act of recognition that boosts self-esteem and human connection.
Write a letter forgiving someone (even if you never send it).
Forgiveness helps release emotional burden. It's not about excusing the behavior, but freeing yourself from the weight of resentment.
Ask someone how they really are – and take time to listen.
Deep listening creates trust, reduces loneliness, and helps others feel seen — a basic human need.
Write down 3 things you’re proud of about yourself.
Self-acknowledgment builds resilience, self-worth, and mental strength — especially during tough times.
Leave a kind note for someone to find.
Unexpected kindness spreads joy and can shift someone’s entire day for the better.
Join someone for a meal you wouldn’t normally talk to.
Expanding your circle reduces isolation and helps build empathy and understanding across different experiences.
Do a digital detox for one hour today.
Unplugging reduces anxiety, improves attention span, and helps you reconnect with the present and people around you.
Prioritise good mood food this week
Take note of how it makes you feel. Share your experience with others which can spark positive conversations and inspire others to make mindful choices.
Go for a 20-minute walk outdoors, with someone if you can
Movement boosts endorphins, reduces anxiety, and doing it with someone builds social connection
