Jack joined TB in 2022, having a wealth of experience in contract and event catering. Jack is our food and service champion, and gives TB its unique food approach.

Accounts Manager
Susan joined TB in early 2018, as a career accountant Susan has worked within businesses across a wide array of industries.

Senior Catering & Business Compliance Manager
Karen has a wealth of experience and qualifications to match this key remit, an area of upmost importance to TB, all things safely, sustainably and smoothy managed and delivered.

Kirsty joined TB in 2021, working across all areas of the business from bid writing & marketing to internal documents.

Paul is a career chef trained in Boodles, London and industry panellist. Acting as Chief Financial Officer & Catering Innovation Lead.

Jamie is a perfectionist when it comes to fine dining and hospitality, always offering flawless service. He has over 25 years of experience with a background in high profile sites, commercial and B&I.

Nicola joined TB in 2022, working in business administration & supporting the accounts department.

Junior Operations Manager
Anna focuses on ensuring faultless customer service, client and site teams support and management. Using her strong organisational and leadership skills she coordinates events and helps people reach their full potential.
