Hospitality Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and experienced Hospitality Manager

Location: Gray’s Inn , London WC1X

Hours of work: Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm, 1 hour unpaid break time (Paid 40 hours per week)

Rate of Pay: £33,000 to £35,000 depending on experience

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

Assist in managing all areas of the Hospitality/Catering operation
Basic Knowledge of cooking preferable but not essential
Ensuring all Hospitality requirements are met including serving canapés, drinks and assisting at functions.
Liaising with the client on site with weekly meetings on functions and upcoming events
Meet performance targets to achieve and exceed client/customer expectations
Work closely with a range of Hospitality suppliers to add value to the section
Manage all Hospitality service areas with specific focus to organisation, product range, cleanliness, structure and attention to detail
Work closely with Head Chef/Hospitality Chef on all menus including Fine Dining, Buffets and functions
Ensure all equipment is clean and in a hygienic condition
Control wastage, food costs and over-production where possible
Manage, learn and develop the booking system
