Relief/Support Chef Manager
Job Description
We currently require an enthusiastic Chef Manager who is looking to develop near the Herts and Bucks area; providing a breakfast, sandwiches and lunch service.
Hours of Work: 40 hours, Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum DOE
Benefits: 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, workplace pension, uniform & employee benefits package and onsite parking
You must have good culinary skills, be able to work on your own, show initiative, good time management, have basic computer skills and provide professional, friendly customer service. You will have responsibility for the entire catering operation.

Be IT literate with financial acumen and effective food cost control

Possess an organised and structured approach to all aspects of if the business.
Have previous experience within a similar environment
Ideally experience within the Contract Catering sector
