Sous Chef - Milton Keynes
We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to join our passionate team at a wonderful site in Magna Park to cover 40 paid hours a week (5 out of 7 shift pattern), for our retail client, with service consisting of lunch and dinner, both Grab & Go and a hot offer. Our focus is fabulous food, fresh ingredients and going the extra mile with excellent customer service, and we are looking for a Sous Chef who has good food knowledge and is passionate about fresh food.

- City & Guilds 706/1 And 2 or equivalent, Food Hygiene Level 2 (Level 3 within 6 months of start date), Health & Safety Level 2 (Level 3 within 6 months of start date), HAACCP Level 2
- IT Skills
- Very good understanding of food trends in commercial restaurants
- Flexible, Energetic, Enthusiastic, Imaginative

- Sense of humour and Approachable

Salary: £30,000-£32,000 per annum
