1 - Dill

Dill is packed with micronutrients that provide health benefits, it will boost your vitamin A and vitamin C.


2 - Bayleaf

Bay leaves are a rich source of vitamin A, vitamin C, iron, potassium, calcium, and magnesium. Also regular inclusion of bay leaves in meals promotes general health.


3- Garlic

Garlic is highly nutritious but has very few calories. It is also known to boost the function of the immune system.


4 - Chervil

Fresh chervil, like parsley, is one of the low calorific herbs. Nonetheless, its leaves and stems feature exceedingly high amounts of antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, and dietary fibre.


5 - Mint

Mint is a calming herb that people have used for thousands of years to help soothe an upset stomach or indigestion.


Fennel
